Calendar
Every date in the project, next to Steam's events and other games' releases.
The calendar shows everything dated in your project (milestones, tasks due, playtests and your own dates) alongside Steam events (sales, fests, Next Fest) and the releases of games you follow.
Add a date
Section titled “Add a date”Click Add a date, name it (Trailer at a showcase), and pick when it starts and, optionally, ends.
Drag your dates, milestones, tasks and rounds to move them.
Avoid clashes
Section titled “Avoid clashes”When one of your dates lands during a Steam sale, a fest, or near a competitor’s release, it’s flagged as a clash, with quieter days to move it to.
- Steam Next Fest: the best week to have a demo out, the worst to launch anything else.
- Quiet weeks have no Steam event and no release: good for a launch.
Choose what shows
Section titled “Choose what shows”In the panel (or the filter menu on phones), turn layers on and off: milestones, tasks due (everyone’s or yours), playtests, your dates, Steam events, competitor releases, other games’ releases.
Switch between Month and Timeline (a quarter at a glance).
Link a day
Section titled “Link a day”Click a day and Link what goes with it (the tasks for it, a doc, a board) so everything about that date is one click away.
Subscribe from your calendar app
Section titled “Subscribe from your calendar app”Click Subscribe in your calendar app, then Make my link. Add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and it updates by itself.
The link is private: anyone who has it sees the project’s dates. Make a new one if it leaks.
