Discord
Send tasks, bugs and ideas from your Discord server to Qwest.
The Qwest bot lets your team create tasks and bugs from Discord, and lets players send bugs and ideas. Your team’s go onto your boards. Players’ only reach the community page for you to review.
On a self-hosted server, an admin first sets up the bot.
Connect your Discord server
Section titled “Connect your Discord server”You need the Manage Server permission in Discord, and to be a project owner.
- Project settings›Discord›Add to Discord, and pick your server.
- Click Get a code, then type in your Discord server:
/qwest setupwith the code. - Pick the list where tasks go, and optionally another for bugs.
For your team
Section titled “For your team”First, link your account: Profile settings›Discord, then /qwest link with the code in Discord.

You’re told in Discord when your task is done.
For players
Section titled “For players”Players use /bug and /idea. Their posts never reach a board: they land in Community for your team to review. When you change one’s status, the bot tells them.
Other commands
Section titled “Other commands”/qwest status shows which project the server is connected to and whether you’re linked. /qwest unlink unlinks your account.
