Inbox
Jot things down in a second, sort them later.
Your inbox is a private place for ideas and to-dos before they belong anywhere. Only you can see it, not even workspace owners.
Capture
Section titled “Capture”Press CtrlJ (⌘ J) anywhere in a project, type, and press Enter.
- ShiftEnter saves and keeps the box open for the next one.
- Switch between a note and a task, and add details if you like.
On phones, tap the Capture button above the bottom bar.
From Discord, type /capture (see Discord).
Sort it
Section titled “Sort it”Click Inbox in the icon bar (with a count of what’s waiting). For each entry:
- Edit it, switch note/task, tick it done, or delete it.
- File it as a card on any board in the workspace. It becomes a regular task, and leaves the inbox.
