What is Qwest?
The workspace for game teams, and the few words you need to know.
Qwest is one place for a game team’s docs, task boards, game data, story graphs, asset reviews, playtests and community page. Everyone edits live, at the same time.

Words you’ll see
Section titled “Words you’ll see”- Instance: one Qwest server. The first account made on it runs it (the instance admin).
- Workspace: your studio. It holds projects, people and teams.
- Project: one game. Files, boards and settings live in a project.
- Roles in a workspace:
- Owner and Admin manage people and can open every project.
- Member makes projects and joins shared ones.
- Guest only sees the projects they’re added to. Use it for contractors, publishers and playtesters. Guests are free.
- Team: a group of people, like Art or Audio. Give a team access to a project and everyone on it gets in.
